AquaFit is a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief. This “party in the pool” workout is for all ages and all abilities and includes "dance" routines adapted for the pool as well as Tabata-style high-intensity intervals in either shallow or deep water (based upon preference).

Barre is a strength, balance and flexibility class with ballet-inspired moves and stretches done at, on and below the ballet barre. Get sculpted, lean muscles without impact and improve flexibility. Set to music from the 60’s to today. No dance experience required. All ages and abilities welcome.

Golden Oldies

Golden Oldies is the place to be the first Wednesday of each month! We’ll dance and jive, do the twist and even stroll to your favorites from the 50’s & 60”s. This lower-intensity, low-impact class is geared towards the active, older adult although all ages and abilities are welcome.

Playground Challenge

Coach: Andrea

Join us for this 6-week outdoor boot camp session to build strength and confidence by mixing up your workout. Use playground equipment and terrain as well as body weight in creative ways to maximize results, boost metabolism and torch calories. All levels of ability are welcome as exercises are easily adaptable on an individual basis. To maintain personal attention and monitoring, class size is limited to 12 participants.

Senior Strength and Stretch

Strength & Stretch, is a beginner-friendly class geared towards the “active, older adult” or people embarking on their fitness journey. Through a series of standing and seated exercises, using light weights and body weight, we’ll work on aspects of daily living such as strengthening and toning muscles, building bone mass and maintaining balance and flexibility. Exercises are easily adaptable for all mobilities and abilities.

TabAqua! is a Tabata-infused Aqua workout in deep & shallow water alternating high intensity exercise (20 seconds) with recovery (10 seconds). There are 8 cycles/set; 8 sets. Aqua exercise is for all shapes & sizes, levels of fitness, physical abilities and ages.

Tai Chi

Tai chi is a non-competitive martial art known for its many health benefits which combines gentle physical movements and stretching with mindfulness. Tai Chi has been shown to improve balance and flexibility, reduce the risk of falls, alleviate pain and reduce the symptoms of depression.

TapFit is an adult tap-dance fitness class with basic tap steps & combinations to enhance your fitness level, have fun & burn calories. No weekly attendance or dance performance requirements.

Total Tone Tabata

Total Tone Tabata is a head-to-toe high-intensity interval training class which utilizes weights, resistance bands, stability balls, steps and body weight exercises to strengthen the entire body. All fitness levels welcome as our intimate class size allows for safe, customized personal attention.

Zumba ®, the original “dance fitness party”, is based on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do. Through its use of Latin and international music and dance rhythms, Zumba ® creates a dynamic, exciting and effective environment which tones and sculpts the body. Low and high-impact versions available at all classes. No prior dance experience required.

Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold ® is intended for active older adults or those looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.

Zumba Toning

Zumba® Toning combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba® moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness party. Using toning sticks or light weight dumbbells, you'll work every muscle group while you groove.
